BGL's business structure is supported by our parent company, BARBRI Inc., which provides support and insight into significant decisions.

The BGL's Articles of Association and Standing Orders set out how the BGL Board of Directors will govern and manage BGL, the responsibilities of the members of the BGL Board, and how the BGL Board will appropriately delegate its authority to the Managing Director and its committees, the Audit and Risk Committee and the Academic Board.

A 26-year veteran in legal education, Mike works closely with leading law school administrators, faculty and students to improve law school and bar exam results.
